Sandra Juarez
Retired Assistant Principal
Grassland Elementary
After serving 28 years as a Grassland elementary teacher, I know how critical thoughtful leadership is on the School Board. Donna listens to the needs of our community and I appreciate the time and energy she invests in serving on the School Board. This is why she has earned my support for re-election.

Grassland Elementary Teacher
I have known Donna for many years and it is an honor to have her serve as my school board representative! As a former educator, Donna knows what works in the classroom - and her experience and passion for education is a strong asset to the school board.

Donna has always been ready to listen and respond when I've come to her with questions or concerns. As a mom of five kids (all of whom have attended WCS from K-12) keeping our public schools at a high standard is a top priority - and I trust Donna to do that!

Why I'm Seeking Re-Election
Over four years ago, I stepped forward to run for school
board or District 8 of Williamson County. As a former
educator, I wanted to lend my knowledge, expertise, and
passion to serve our community. Raising our family in
Williamson County for over 20 years, I wanted to give
back to the county and school district I love so much.
Serving as a school board member over the last 3 1/2 years
has been such a privilege and an honor. The position is a big
commitment, and I have afforded it with the time to be
thorough. Whether I am advocating for more competitive
compensation for our teachers, communicating with parents
on various issues impacting their children, or regularly
meeting with county and state officials, I have afforded this
role with the time to be thorough. I will continue to work hard
to ensure Williamson County schools are the best in our state.
While I will be running as the Republican incumbent, most
issues transcend politics, and I have been able to work with
constituents regardless of party affiliation on what is best for students, families, teachers, and our taxpayers. Over the years, I have regularly communicated with parents, principals, and teachers to help guide my decisions.
Serving on the School Board has been unbelievably rewarding. It has given me another opportunity to be closely involved in the education of our amazing students across the county. Whether it be reading with our newest readers, serving up lunch in the cafeteria, or attending our amazing school programs, I will forever treasure these moments.

It would be my honor to earn your vote for reelection to endure our students have academic excellence, our teachers, parents, and citizens are well represented.

My continued commitment to Williamson County Schools is as follows:

Academic Excellence:
Champion High Performing Curricula
Maximize Instruction Time
Teach Students How To Think, Not What To Think
Advocate for Both Parents and Teachers:
Working alongside parents to Find Solutions For Their Students
Striving For Competitive Compensation For Our Teachers
Safety:
Advance a multi-layered approach to safety at every level

Transparency:
From what a child is taught to how money is spent there should never be any surprises
